Torah.com, heroic purveyors of historical-critical assessments of Torah done from a traditional religious perspective (very rare in the Jewish world), here share the theory of R’ Nissim of Marseilles that Moses may have had more of a hand in shaping Jewish law than usually believed. Worth a ponder.
